Shipping & Returns

Postage and Shipping is charged at the following rate to anywhere in Australia*. 

For Orders Between $1-$75 the rate is $5

For Orders Between $75-$150 the rate is $10

For product orders greater than $150 your shipping is free

*The above does not apply to Wholesale Orders please email us for your terms and conditions.

1) All customers agree by placing an order that they comply with all terms and conditions and that they have read and agree to the terms laid out in the disclaimer in the Legal Statement.

2) All freight prices are for Australian customers only, international customers please email for a quote prior to placing an order.

3) All payment must be paid within 7 business days of placing an order using the order number as the reference. Goods remain the property of Crystalwood Organics until all money has been paid. Any unpaid orders maybe returned to stock after seven days and the customer’s order terminated. (You will be contacted via email before the order is terminated.)

4) Crystalwood Organics cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in postage and refunds will not be offered. We will however ensure that the packaging of any fragile items is adequate.

5) Descriptions of all goods are made in good faith but we are not geologists so no refunds can be made if an item is inaccurately described in words or pictures.

6) All sizes and weights are approximates only.

7) No information or description on this site should be seen as an alternative or replacement for medical advice.

Deliveries to Australian destinations are currently shipped with Australia Post but may be changed at our discretion.

Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.

Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days. PLEASE NOTE: We will do our best to fill orders promptly, but if due to any unforeseen circumstances with suppliers, there are delays, we will contact you.

Estimated delivery times: Australia Post delivery times are usually from one to four days for populated areas of QLD, NSW, VIC and SA, five days for TAS, Perth and Darwin suburbs. Remote and isolated areas of Australia can, of course, be expected to take longer.

If you are ordering from places other than Australia please email before making the order and we will advise you of any extra shipping costs and method of delivery.

You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.

Due to ongoing identity and credit card theft there are some countries from which we cannot accept payment with credit card. In these circumstances it will be necessary to transfer the full payment into our Australian bank account prior to order processing.
